Since our arrival, the staff here have been welcoming and helpful. the room was really nice and had everything we needed. 🌟

aside from the location, near to our appointments. it is a budget friendly hotel

The rooms were completely different from the photos they showed in Booked.net. The room was non smoking but the smell was there all the time. The furnature was cheep and very old. Booked.net need to make sure what the hotel owner is telling is trouth and is real. In other wards this hotel is cheeting

Great location in a modern part of town 🏙️. Plus, it's just a mile from the Mosque!

no swimming pool, it was hot and humid outside try not to open the window becz of AC split will cause water drops from AC

Value for Money

You menyioned on website that 2 hours free internet will be given but the Hotel counter staff did not agree.After great discussion-they agreed not to charge 1 Hour for both rooms conbined.But it left bitter taste unnecessary.

The room was super comfy, which was a pleasant surprise. the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. 🌟

Smell ( very bad smell sometimes ) ,breakfast was poor.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is quiet and centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding areas.

front office staff at the checkin point was no where near to be curteous. The bathroom was stincking with flush not working and basin chocked up. Moreover Internet was not working. All in all out of all the safeer properties i have stayed so far, this was by all means an dissatisfying experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was verynice and neat. The hotel is in a pretty good area, close to good restaurants and shopping malls. The breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold options which I really enjoyed. The staff was helpful and informative with advice and suggestions.

The breakfast was included in the rate and it was a better than average breakfast. The kitchen staff was very nice. In the room we had hot water and climate control.

The rate given by Booked.net was different than what they said we should pay. I think because taxes were not included in the Booked.net rate, but the difference was significant for budget travelers. It caused tension upon arrival and put a barrier between us and the staff. When I payed with my debit card, the counter clerk asked for my pin number. She seemed annoyed when I insisted on entering it myself..... The location was not within walking distance to the beach or other tourists spots. There were restaurants nearby. The lobby or staff did not offer any information about tourists services. According to Booked.net information they offered limited free time use of wi-fi and it is one reason I chose this hotel. However, to my disappointment, WiFi is not free there.

Bathroom wasn`t clean and there was no hairdryer. They brought me one after my third request. Furnitures need to be changed, They are too old. The breakfast food was poor and cold. They tried to take higher room price on check out. There is no wireless internet in the room. Reception staff was poorly qualified for his job. Hotel is certainly not 4 star hotel, not value for money not the money we paid. I will never recommend it to anyone.
